We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support and handle the day to day activities of a project that one of our business managers currently handle.

As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements and managing customer subscriptions.

 

For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Skype, Google Hangouts etc.

 

Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.


 

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.

  • Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP

  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)

  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)

​We are looking for agents to take inbound phone calls from customers who are looking to be transported from one location to another. All work hours will be within business hours, mostly Central Standard Time. The primary tools used to accomplish this task will be internal systems, the telephone system, and some Windows programs.

 

All agents must possess:

- the ability to follow precise instructions

- the ability to take a high volume of incoming phone calls

- a clear verbal and written communication in the English language (North American accent preferable)
