We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support and handle the day to day activities of a project that one of our business managers currently handle.
As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements and managing customer subscriptions.
For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Skype, Google Hangouts etc.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

All work hours will be within business hours, mostly Central Standard Time. The primary tools used to accomplish this task will be internal systems, the telephone system, and some Windows programs.
