What is the cost?

The aim is to help you increase your revenue and become or remain profitable. While the cost of our services depends on the complexity of your project, we have some customized pricing structures that are designed to help you meet your goal while remaining within your budget. We prefer to have a meeting with you first so that we can assess your needs and provide a personalized quote that is within budget. How will I be billed?

Your billing cycle will either be weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on our agreement.

How long will it take to build out a team?

For projects requiring a single representative, we typically use 2-3 days to assign the representative. If you're looking to build out a bigger team, it may take up to 10 days or more, depending on how big you're looking to scale.

Where is your team based?

Our team is remote; this means you will have access to a global pool of representatives. We mainly offer our clients experienced agents from the Philippines and Jamaica.

How long have you been in business?

Cube&Arrow Inc. was started in 2018 so we have been in business for about 3 years.

How do you assign agents?

Following a meeting with you, our client, we will select agents from our shortlist that match the skills, level of experience, and aptitude required. We always build our teams specifically suited to the needs of all our clients. We do not rotate reps, so you will always have the same persons working on the project.

What services do you offer?

We offer Customer Service/Support (Phone (Voice), Ticket. Chat, Email), B2B and B2C Telemarketing, and Article Writing Services. Ask about our Answering Service.

Do I get a say in the rep selection

Definitely! You have the option of being fully involved in the rep selection process but we also offer a 'done for you' solution.

How does this process work?

It all starts with a quick 30-minute meeting in which we will discuss your requirements. Our Directors and Project Managers are there every step of the way to help you to get from idea to action to results.

What industries do you work with?

Our main clients are in the Health/Medical, Solar, Ecommerce, Real Estate, Services and Insurance industries but we are very open to working with clients outside of those industries.

Do your employees undergo any kind of training?

Yes, All employees are trained for their specific roles and undergo continuous training to ensure they are always performing at optimum.

Is my data secure? How do you ensure?

Your data is securely held and can only be accessed by members of relevant departments. Internally, all employees are recognized by an EID. Any and all information collected from you is used only within Cubea&Arrow for the purpose of placement on existing projects/opportunities and for your compensation. What are the benefits offered by the company?

The company is still young, as such our team members (admin and agents included) are shaping our benefits. We are mainly looking to hire Freelance workers so the benefits may differ from the typical face-to-face (physical) workspace.

How do you keep your employees engaged?

We have weekly trivia sessions from which you can earn prizes and an ongoing agent of the month award. Our Project Managers also actively engage with larger teams daily.

What are the different type/s of reward and recognition program/s available?

Agent of the month, Trivia awards, team bonuses etc.

What are your operating hours?

This is entirely dependent on the client. We have some clients who require 24/7/365 coverage so we operate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days/year.
