Chat Agent

Basic Minimum Requirements:
- Computer (2.0G Hz Processing speed)
- High Speed Internet (5 Mbps Down and 0.5 Mbps Up)

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, result-oriented person to handle a chat support project for our newest client.

Mandatory: ​

• Excellent command of the English Language. CSEC English (Grade 2 or higher)

• Average typing speed of 32wpm or higher

• Experience in customer support

• Good problem solving skills  

• Able to work on own initiative

• Highly motivated to succeed

You must be able to respond to chat messages and maintain a conversation.
