Customer Service Specialist

Basic Minimum Requirements:
- Computer (2.0G Hz Processing speed)
- High Speed Internet (5 Mbps Down and 0.5 Mbps Up)

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing person to handle a customer service project for our newest client.

Mandatory: 

  • Always reply within Service Level Agreement

  • Excellent command of the English Language (preferably without a noticeable accent).

  • Able to work between 10AM and 6PM EST.

  • Experience in customer support

  • Good problem solving skills  

  • Able to work on own initiative

  • Highly motivated

  • Quick Learner

We are looking for someone who will be able to respond to customer messages in the order they are received.  There is a 12 hour SLA that must be met.-

Important Duties:

  • Always meeting the SLA target

  • Answering all calls during normal business hours and returning any missed calls/voicemails

  • Contacting customers who have left negative reviews with the aim of obtaining changing the review to a positive one
