
Customer Service Specialist
Basic Minimum Requirements:
- Computer (2.0G Hz Processing speed)
- High Speed Internet (5 Mbps Down and 0.5 Mbps Up)
We are looking for a friendly, outgoing person to handle a customer service project for our newest client.
Mandatory:
Always reply within Service Level Agreement
Excellent command of the English Language (preferably without a noticeable accent).
Able to work between 10AM and 6PM EST.
Experience in customer support
Good problem solving skills
Able to work on own initiative
Highly motivated
Quick Learner
We are looking for someone who will be able to respond to customer messages in the order they are received. There is a 12 hour SLA that must be met.-
Important Duties:
Always meeting the SLA target
Answering all calls during normal business hours and returning any missed calls/voicemails
Contacting customers who have left negative reviews with the aim of obtaining changing the review to a positive one
