Customer Support Specialist

Basic Minimum Requirements:
- Computer (2.0 GHz Processing speed)
- High Speed Internet (5 Mbps Down and 0.5 Mbps Up)

We are looking for agents to take inbound phone calls from customers who are looking to be transported from one location to another. All work hours will be within business hours, mostly Central Standard Time. The primary tools used to accomplish this task will be internal systems, the telephone system, and some Windows programs.

All agents must posses:
- the ability to follow precise instructions
- the ability to take a high volume of incoming phone calls
- a clear verbal and written communication in the English language (North American accent preferable)

Required Skill Set:
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
- Previous inbound phone experience in call centers / BPO
- Excellent clerical and communication skills.
- Proficient in the English Language, verbal and written.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong self motivation.
